 This stuff works well. It helps boost your immune system a ton! My family drinks a little bit everyday! The texture is just oily like you’d expect. It tastes just like oranges! It tastes better when in the refrigerator! The cold helps the medicine go down! I’ve noticed no digestive issues. The seal has still intact when we got it. I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin from it. It doest help with any pain relief that I’ve noticed. I have noticed our moods are much lighter now too.

I have been taking this oil now for about a year. It is very easy to swallow and the flavor is not overbearing- just enough to take the anticipated "fishy" taste from being there. When I used to take fish oil pills, I would get a burpee stomach. With this product I do not get that at all. My recent cholesterol numbers have been lower since taking this as well. I will continue to use and purchase this in the future. The price on Amazon is a few dollars less than my local health food store as well.

I heard about DHA and oil being really good for your health so I decided to do some research and ended up buying this specific cod liver oil. It comes in multiple flavors but I went with the unflavored and that was a mistake. I thought I would be able to handle the unflavored one since I've had fish oil before and the lemon and apple flavors are out of stock at the time. Unfortunately, the fishy taste is very strong and really unbearable that I have to immediately drink this with something else like coffee to wash away the taste. Other than that, it is very easy to swallow, and leaves no after taste despite being very fishy. As for the long term benefits, I still have yet to see but that will probably require months to see any results. So far, it is easy to take and not too unpleasant. If you dislike fishy taste, definitely get the lemon flavor or apple flavor ones. The unflavored one is very fishy and tastes just like what you'd expect fish liver to taste like.

I started taking a tablespoon of cod liver oil daily because it was recommended for dry eyes. Also, it’s loaded with Omega 3, Vitamin A and D. I’ve noticed that my dry eyes are noticeably better since I started taking it. I usually have a gritty “foreign object” sensation in my right eye, which is incredibly annoying. I used moisture drops three times daily, and it still wasn’t helping. After taking this cod liver oil for about a week, that sensation is almost completely disappeared, and I’m not even using moisture drops anymore. Although it’s expensive, it’s worth it because of how much it has helped. I was worried about what it would taste like based on some other reviews, but it has a mild, pleasant taste and doesn’t taste fishy at all to me. In fact, it hardly has any taste except for a hint of lemon. Carlson Cod Liver Oil is an excellent, high-quality brand that I would heartily recommend.
