Story: Please advise how could Ukrainian user contact with support.

Shipping estimates

Waiting for my order since Oct 18. From that time Starlink shifted estimates FOUR times. Let me remind: on your site you've had label "typically ships within 2-3 weeks" and first shipping estimate for my fully paid order was Oct 29 - Dec 05 (that was ok for me). On Dec 5th I wrote to CS asking about new estimate and got standard predifined answer: "we don't know, high volume orders bla-bla, will ship asap"... after few days I received new estimate: Dec 26 - Jan 1. After a day got new one: Dec 23 - Dec 29... and finally now I got: Dec 29 - Jan 5.... Guys, hello... is it scam? If you don't have items in stock - you should said "Not available now" or "Will be shipped in 2-3 months (not weeks)". I thought that kind of companies could manage stock and estimates :D probably exact situation will be with speed: 2-3 mbps instead of 200? :D P.S. Ethernet adapter and pipe mount that I've ordered the same day were delivered in less than a week (in separate parcel each) and I still don't know whether they're in working condition or not
P.P.S. Colleagues have ordered starlinks from Italy, later than me, and have already received their orders (shipped from USA btw). Fair enough, yeah

No way to contact support on login issues | login bugs

I guess the app does its main works well, but I have run into a case where I’m fully locked out from my account and am left over with no way to contact support and useless Starlink in the box. After changing my profile email to a new one with a typo I am locked out as the new email with typo probably received a confirmation link, but the old one got invalidated. So no way to access account. I’d expect that the old email would get invalid only after the new one gets confirmed. I found many frustrated users’ posts about it one the internet but no viable resolution, as reaching out is possible only from a logged in account and from the app only. I’ve tried to do this from my friend’s phone via his account, but the support form sumbission errored out. Starlink Team - you have developed a great product and it works exceptionally. Now your software needs attention and some issues resolved, which is to be expected in any software. But I also expect a clear way to communicate with support of such a vastly used product, but currently it is absent.
