Supporting culturally and psychologically safe workplaces in the APS is essential for enriching interactions and fostering belonging among all employees. To address discrimination and barriers faced by CALD employees, an APS-wide Interagency CALD SES Champion Network will advocate for their specific needs and expectations. This network will draw on diverse experiences to dismantle workplace barriers and influence APS leadership. Collecting CALD employees' stories will facilitate narrative-based learning, improving intercultural understanding and promoting inclusion within the APS. Championing CALD employees' experiences will attract, retain, and advance CALD individuals within the APS, fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
