As Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at HydGene Renewables, I am honored to be part of the first Catalyst Program launched by AgriFutures growAG, alongside visionary female leaders including Aarti Tobin, Fiona Turner, Nikki Davey, Sam Sneddon, Nasim Amiralian, and Tanushree B Gupta. Our mission to empower #agriculture in the transition to #netzero is perfectly aligned with this program. #Womeninleadership are still significantly underrepresented due to a lack of opportunities and support networks. I believe programs like Catalyst are critical in empowering todays and next generation women leaders. It was an honor to work with these amazing women and receive media and pitch training from Bryce Ives, Rebecca Sharpe, David Lord, Alex Bundock, Saron Berhane and Daniel Johnson. Showcasing our innovation at the Catalyst pitch event at the beautiful The Grounds of #Alexandria was the highlight of this experience. Special thanks to Harriet Coutts, and Harriet Mellish for their excellent program management.
