By using superheated solvent vapors, we achieve 2-3% lower meal moisture at the Desolventizer Toaster. Dust emissions drop by 25-33%, and electrical consumption in the Meal Dryer-Cooler (DC) and fans decreases by 10-14%. Breathe easy! 🌬️ 𝟯. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Lower desolventizing moisture prevents over-toasting, ensuring meal quality. Our VRX system delivers meal with less than 200 ppm free hexane, 80-85% KOH solubility, and precise urease activity. 𝟰.
