  • We are excited to introduce two new keynote speakers who will take over Ramesh Menon's talk: Aravind Narayan & Phil Gousman   Aravind is a Global Director of Customer strategy supporting the Digital Identity & Fraud business within LSEG Risk Intelligence. In this role he provides go-to-market strategies, product market fit analyses and execution to drive growth for the business. Aravind has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry working with various organizations such as Dell EMC, PwC and Amazon, in various locations across the world. He is an evangelist for disruptive financial technologies as a means to solve everyday problems faced by organizations with a passion for digital KYC, screening, Identity and fraud detection as it stops the bad actors from coming into the financial system.     Phil Gousman is the Director of Data Strategy & Partnerships for the London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSEG) Digital Identity and Fraud business. In this role, he leads and delivers the strategy and roadmap for our product’s strategic partnerships. His team is also responsible for growing and managing our portfolio of strategic partnerships, which include over 100 partners providing over 400 data sources across more than 50 countries. Phil has spent the past 10 years working at high growth technology companies, leading strategic partnerships, M&A, and global operations. Most recently, Phil was the Vice President of Data Strategy & Partnerships at Global Data Consortium (GDC) and prior to that, the Director of Global Data Partnerships at Ekata.   • We are also very pleased to welcome Rogier Verberne as a keynote speaker at this year's European Data Day in Stresa: As a sales excellence manager, Rogier is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and improving their performance. His main scope includes: - Leading the internal sales transformation - Analyzing sales data and identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities - Creating and updating sales dashboards and reports - Designing and delivering sales training and coaching programs - Implementing and monitoring sales processes and best practices - Guiding the target setting process for the sales incentive program - Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to align sales strategies and initiatives. Rogier will be presenting the improvements they have made and are making at Schneider Electric to use CRM data and external data to map their customer portfolio and make data driven customer coverage decisions. Before joining the Data and Insights team with the goal of accelerating the potential of AI within her organization, she built a track record in data within the different business domains by leading the Consumer Data & Insights team in Mediahuis Belgium. Trui Lanckriet is currently working as the Group Data & Insights director, aiming to evolve Mediahuis into a more data & (consumer) insights driven organization & culture. Prior to joining Mediahuis, Trui held positions at Kantar and Sanoma. Throughout her career she combined expertise in data analysis, data mining,… with her experience in management and her ability to communicate effectively with both her direct reports and executive leadership. She is passionate about consumer centricity and how different data sources can help focus on the needs of the consumer. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Global Data Consortium (GDC), where he led the product, engineering, and data strategy teams for GDC’s cloud-native global identity verification solutions. Earlier in his career, he held product management leadership positions at Informatica and business leadership roles at Identity Systems, a division of Nokia Enterprise Solutions.   • We are happy to welcome Robin de Wouters again at this year's European Data Day, after he already participated last year with a very interesting talk. Robin is the Communication & Commercial Director for the Federation of European Data & Marketing (FEDMA).  He carries a strong background in communication and public relations, spanning from the private, non-profit and institutional spheres. Robin is also the Vice-Chair of the Board of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) and the spokesperson of Democrats Abroad Belgium, the international arm of the US Democratic Party.   Robin will provide an overview of 2 active topics at FEDMA: As companies are increasingly recognizing the importance of environmental sustainability and have taken various initiatives and actions to reduce their environmental impact, he’ll be presenting a non-exhaustive and continuously evolving list of best practices relevant to the Data and Marketing Industry that tackle environmental aspects of sustainability. These best practices are divided in 3 main categories: Technical Optimization; Awareness Raising; and Supply Chain & Materials.
