In our 2023 Sustainability Report, we showcase our five key sustainability ambitions that drive our strategy to create economic, social, and ecological value for our stakeholders. Our first sustainability ambition is a 5% annual reduction in CO2 emissions per kilometer of road transport and per square meter of warehouse space. In 2023, we achieved this by installing solar panels at our Romanian sites and adding a sixth wind turbine. We also explored solar energy options for our Belgian sites and initiated energy efficiency studies in other locations, incorporating post-insulated halls, floor heating, and energy monitoring systems. We're proud to announce the expansion of our site in Ghent with a new 19,000m² warehouse for our esteemed partner, Syngenta. Caroline Moltes from Syngenta shared insights into our growing partnership, highlighting our successful collaboration. Despite tight timelines, we completed the end-to-end transfer in just seven months, selecting Ghent for its strategic location and robust infrastructure with safety as the highest priority. We’re also honored to receive the Syngenta Supplier Award for Responsiveness and Agility. This recognition celebrates our smooth implementation and value added services like relabeling and repacking. Together we make it transpossible!

This past weekend, we proudly continued our annual tradition by attending the Truck Grand Prix in Zolder with the H.Essers delegation. It was an incredible experience to enjoy the event alongside our colleagues, sharing drinks, engaging in meaningful conversations, and connecting with the many visitors who stopped by our booth.
