The following exciting, diverse tasks are waiting for you:
- Customer data base analyses, evaluation of incoming/shipped orders.
- Dealing with Distributors and Consignment Customers.
- Receiving and orders managing in SAP, transferring the manufactured equipment for package and control of the further shipment.
- Preparation/Receiving of the shipping documentation for the shipment and deliver/fax them to the client and control over return of documents.
- Receiving and orders managing in SAP for Customers.
- Delivery control.
- Payments control, distribution of the payment’s notifications.
- Work with the client’s claims in case of part-deliveries and re-sorts.
- Communication with Warehouse on the issues regarding operations in customer service (shipments, returns, claims, pallets’ returns from Customers).
- Communication with the employees from the Head office (Germany) on the issues regarding operations in SAP system and demands for necessary procedures.
- Preparing and providing the reports including orders and shipments for Financial and Sales Departments.
- Preparing sales forecast according to orders in process in Customer Service Department, data about preliminary orders for the coming month placed by Distributors specified by the terms of contract, etc.
- University degree.
- Professional experience in related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactiveness, flexibility, dynamism.
- Confident handling of MS Office products .
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
