Resumo do Cargo:

Suporte em rotina da área de Recursos Humanos com foco em relações trabalhista

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Demissões: Análise, aprovações, emissão de documentos, routing para contas finais, agendamento e preparação para homologação e envio de documentos para o CEDOC;
• Processos Trabalhistas: Recebimento da inicial, análise de pedidos, levantamento de documentos para defesa, elaboração de relatório para defesa, contato com escritório externo, verificação de necessidade de testemunhas e atuar como preposto;
• Obrigações legais: apoio durante fiscalização do ministério do trabalho e outros orgãos trabalhistas.
  
  

Requisitos Necessários:

• Cursando Direito e Administração de Empresas com formação prevista a partir de dez/2026 - noturno;
• Conhecimento Pacote Office/Google Tools.
  
  

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Inglês intermediario.
