ROLE PROPOSE

The Project Control Engineer leads the implementation and the timely completion of specific tasks as reporting project status, highlights the project execution performance, estimates and forecasts the remainder of the project, evaluate and highlights risk and opportunities, as assigned by the Project Controls Manager, in accordance with both the contractual and SBM internal requirements.

ROLE CONTRIBUTION

• Deliver reporting / progress measurement / performance measurements / forecast metrics as required
• Ensure effective communication across various internal Projects’ members to allow the timely exchange of the information required to perform assigned tasks;
• Ensure that delegation throughout the team enables quick and well-informed decision, making while maintaining an appropriate level of control;
• Support the PMT members to remain focused on Project Objective.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Project Engineering or similar;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in this function;
• Knowledge in various areas such as Budget, Forecast, Planning, Reporting and Risk analisys;
• Experience with Project Management;
• Experience with Brownfield Projects is an advantage;
• Certification in PMP or Postgraduate in Project Management is an advantage;
