Warehouse Planning Manager

Job Description:

1. Identifying tools/strategies that contribute to improving team performance, reporting deviations and their supposed causes;

2. Interacting with the Sales and Operations Planning area to align demands based on projections and deviations (accuracy) from previous weeks;

3. Interacting with senior management to present results, carry out a team/implementation status and align strategies and actionable operational levers based on metrics and results.

Job requirements:

1. Complete university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics;

2. Postgraduate/MBA degree desirable;

3. Experience in Logistics Operations working in logistics planning areas (S&OP, S&OE, demand, etc.);

4. Knowledge of tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, Teradata or Tableau and Six Sigma certification will be a plus;

5. Have worked in project and/or process leadership, operations knowledge, people leadership;

6. Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
