Be The Light shatters limitations by collectively building our own table. And yes, there is room for us all to win. A safe space where South Asian women can finally put their guard down and rest. Competition is diffused, and celebration becomes the default. We are a collective of women whose only intention is to see you win and support you along the way. Pillars: Education and Partnership Resources via scholarship to fund graduating students and mentorship for those that truly need it. Education in areas such as financial literacy, personal growth and public speaking. Creating platforms To serve as a voice for South Asian Women globally. Communication and a voice for topics not discussed or given light to. As a proud girl dad, I've always believed in the extraordinary potential of our daughters. It's an incredible feeling to watch them grow, learn, and become the amazing individuals they were destined to be. So when I had the privilege of presenting a donation on behalf of AtkinsRéalis to Jothi Garcha from the Be The Light Society an organization dedicated to empowering South Asian women, I couldn't have been more thrilled to support their cause. In a world that sometimes casts shadows, organizations like Be The Light Society shine brilliantly. They embody the spirit of hope, determination, and progress, and their unwavering commitment to empowering South Asian women is truly remarkable. With the contribution on behalf of AtkinsRéalis, we funded a scholarship for a female engineer. It's a tribute to the limitless potential and the indomitable spirit of women in STEM fields.
