I had the pleasure of jumping into one of our float trucks today in downtown Toronto with Mike Maoun, one of the best drivers in the business. Mike has been driving a truck in downtown Toronto for over 11 years for Cooper Equipment. He knows the city like the back of his hand and he knows how to get stuff done! On our ride along, Mike had to pull into a very narrow residential street, make his own parking space, enlist the help of others on the site to pick up and load several different pieces of equipment. He then had to back his 53 foot tractor trailer onto Bathurst Street in heavy traffic. All of this was done with a happy and positive “can do” attitude. Mike is one of several drivers who do this everyday, all day.
