One of our favorite prospecting hacks is often overlooked: LinkedIn Groups. There are groups for every topic out there. If you can find a LinkedIn group where your ideal customer lives you’ve got yourself a gold mine. Here’s what to do: 1) Find groups where your ideal prospect lives - If you have a highly defined ICP or ideal prospects this shouldn’t be hard - Also, be sure that it has at least 1000 members 2) Use a tool like Phantombuster to scrap and filter the data 3) Use multi-channel outreach to get to them - It’s an easy way to personalize at scale People love familiarity as little as this might be.

Your sales team is missing their targets. Here’s what to do first: LOOK AT THE DATA 📊👀 You’ve got to identify where the problem lies and what needs improvement. Ask yourself these questions: 1. Why isn’t my team closing deals? 2. Is it because they’re struggling at the start of the sales process, or do they get stuck during the final stages? 3. Or maybe the issue comes after the first discovery call and they can’t seem to move forward? Figure out where in the sales process the bottleneck is, then focus on the part of the process that needs improvement, and come up with a tailored solution.

As a sales leader, you’ve got to make sure your team gets all the training and coaching they need. Here’s how you can support them: 1. Provide ongoing learning opportunities: - Lead sessions yourself or bring in experts - Focus on navigating customer needs and understanding what it takes to sell 2. Emphasize product knowledge: - Ensure reps know the product thoroughly - Invite the product team to explain features and benefits in detail (it will boost the team's confidence) 3. Offer structured sales training: - Cover various sales techniques and methods - Focus each session on one specific skill or topic (examples: cold call openings, email follow-ups) #salestraining #salescoaching
