Building Team Spirit and Giving back. Congratulations to the Minto Framing Dragons for their outstanding performance at the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival! Established to support philanthropic efforts in the local community, ODBF raises funds for 75 local charities in the Ottawa region. Despite the torrential rain, our team took 1st place in the 100 and 500-meter races and 2nd place in the 200-meter final.
