On Thursday, June 6, Southwire Canada supported the City of Mississauga by planting 100 trees at Swinbourne Meadows Park located in the Greater Toronto Area. This event exemplifies Southwire's commitment to Giving Back and Growing Green in the communities in which we live. Big shoutout to the Canada Giving Back Team and Canada Leadership Team for their support. We also would like to thank Esther Wamai, Maria Sial, MBA and Karima Dairo for helping setup the event and Iris Yeh for leading the event. Seeing the enthusiasm and curiosity from these future professionals was truly inspiring!   In addition, we had the honor of exhibiting at the Young Women’s and First Nation, Métis & Inuit Student Conferences, also part of the Skills Ontario Competition.
