    While a Mirror Committee as a whole has defined responsibilities and is composed of various stakeholders, committees are made up of Members, and it is these individuals who are essential to the successful completion of standardization projects.

    As a member of Canada's SMC/ISO/TC225 Market, Opinion, and Social Research Mirror Committee, the committee represents Canada as one of more than 20 countries on ISO/TC 225 and to ensure Canadian marketing, opinion, and social research interests are fairly represented in the global arena.

    Responsibilities are to review, revise, and update standards, including ISO 26362, ISO 20252, and ISO 19731, to ensure they reflect high standards of quality and remain relevant in the technologically evolving research industry.
