ELISA is a fantastic project focused on enabling functional safety and other aspects of safe operation to Linux-based computing through a systematic functional safety evaluation, and subsequent work to enable safety features for various aspects of Linux as they are discovered. I have actually been part of the ELISA community on and off for many years, but formalized my membership in early 2021 when I came to Red Hat to work on automotive communities. I became an ELISA Ambassador because I truly believe in the mission of the project, and I have been involved with the automotive and medical devices working groups now for over two years. This community is highly cross-functional and collaborative.
