  • Universal Battery Management System Test System

    -

    Designed and developed universal automated test system for Vecture that can test any Battery Management System product up to 32S and maximum of 220A trip current. Designed both hardware and software, including the mux multiplexer and the general purpose relays, labview libraries for fuel gauge IC's used.
    Designed the whole system (hardware and software) after a month of employment. Delivered 9 fully automated systems in 15-month time frame.

  • ATE Quick Change-Over

    Designed ATE for Testing Power supplies which improves the model change over from 12 hours to 15mins.

  • Automated Pogo Pin Cleaner

    Designed automated pogo pin cleaner which objective is to reuse pogo pins by automated cleaning process.
    Reduce monthly consumption of pogo pin used in test stations by 50%.

  • Gang Type Testing

    Designed and conceptualize both hardware and software.
    A single ATE setup can accomodate 3 to 4 units to be tested at the same time.
    - Increase test capacity by more than 200%
    - This is ideal on single output power supplies. For 4 units, treat them as 1 power supply with 4 outputs.
