On May 5th, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland hosted an exhilarating culinary competition, brimming with talent and creativity! 🌟 Six teams participated in an exciting mystery box challenge held at the prestigious Apicius building on our Le Bouveret campus. They crafted unique three-course meals focusing on fresh spring ingredients, particularly rhubarb. 🍃 Three expert chef instructors judged the competition, witnessing fierce and inspiring performances. Each team, comprising three cooks and one service student, demonstrated exceptional skills, innovation, and mastery of seasonal produce. The event showcased the seamless collaboration between César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and Culinary Arts Academy students and was further enriched by the presence of lecturers and a media group from Swiss Tourism. 🇨🇭 It was truly an unforgettable day at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.
