Meet our Zippers! This month we introduce Alessandra Vonesch. She works as a Junior Finance Manager in the Swiss Headquarters.  Alessandra has a variety of professional experiences. Originally she completed an apprenticeship as a cook. While working in gastronomy for 17 years she filled pretty much every position from chef to store manager at companies like Dolder Hotel AG or Marriott Hotels. Additionally, she completed an education in TCM studies and worked as a naturopath. Three years ago Ale started a commercial apprenticeship and found her love for finance. At Zippsafe she supports the finance department in various tasks such as invoice processing, process optimization or organizing travels. In September she will further deepen her knowledge and start her studies in Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Even though Alessandra is not working as a chef anymore she still passionately cooks and bakes. The Swiss team is regularly spoiled by her culinary creations.  Alessandra enjoys working at Zippsafe because of the team. If support is needed, people are always available to help and professional development is promoted. Also, fun is not neglected and with her you can have a lot of it! Fun fact: Alessandra likes to give names to objects. All of our office plants have already been named. They got names like Bonnie and Clyde, Toulouse or Dolores. #team #meetourzippers #switzerland

We are conquering France and Romandie! Our Account Manager for France and Romandie Samuel Heinz is making a huge effort to establish our product in France and the French speaking part of Switzerland. Together with Mark Egerszegi from the operations team he organized a roadshow visiting CHU de Saint-Etienne, located near Lyon, and Clinique des Grangettes, Genève. Along with their expertise they also brought our smart locker system. That way people could test it thoroughly and all questions were answered directly. As you can see our system looks good anywhere - even in a warehouse!  … Wir erobern Frankreich und die Romandie! Unser Account Manager für Frankreich und die Romandie Samuel Heinz betreibt grosse Anstrengungen, um unser Produkt in Frankreich und in der französischsprachigen Schweiz zu etablieren. Zusammen mit Mark Egerszegi aus dem Operationsteam organisierte er eine Roadshow mit Besuchen im CHU de Saint-Etienne in der Nähe von Lyon und in der Clinique des Grangettes in Genf. It’s raining Zippers! In the first half of 2024, we could welcome nine new Zippers! Zippsafe now consists of 60 people located in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Belgium and the US. The trade show marathon continues. This week we travelled to the German capital. CEO Carlo Loderer and Jessica Fafenrot from the German sales team took part in the “Hauptstadtkongress” in Berlin this week. As current health and socio-political developments are being discussed at the event, Zippsafe fitted perfectly into the concept. Our smart locker room solution saves space, optimizes processes and increases employee satisfaction - all very important topics in the healthcare sector. We are delighted that we were able to present an innovation in the field of employee locker rooms to the visitors and that the feedback was so positive! … Der Messemarathon geht weiter. Diese Woche ging es in die Hauptstadt Deutschlands. CEO Carlo Loderer sowie Jessica Fafenrot aus dem deutschen Vertriebsteam nahmen diese Woche am Hauptstadtkongress in Berlin teil. Weil an der Veranstaltung aktuelle gesundheits- und gesellschaftspolitische Entwicklungen diskutiert werden, passte Zippsafe perfekt ins Konzept. Unsere smarte Umkleidelösung ermöglicht Platzersparnisse, Prozessoptimierungen und erhöht die Personalzufriedenheit - alles sehr wichtige Themen im Gesundheitswesen. Zippsafe has caught the European Championship fever! That's why the motto of our second WineNight was football. On the one hand, we did broadcast the matches to entertain everyone. On the other hand, the participants were able to put their talent to the test in a table football tournament.  The ambition to win was high, which is why everyone put in a lot of effort. To strengthen the nerves for the games, we served a variety of pinsas and, of course, wine was not to be missed. We had great fun and are already looking forward to the next edition of our WineNight.  … Zippsafe ist im EM-Fieber! Deshalb war das Motto unserer zweiten WineNight Fussball. Einerseits haben wir zur Unterhalten die aktuellen Spiele übertragen. Andererseits konnten die Teilnehmer:innen ihr Talent bei einem Tischfussball-Turnier unter Beweis stellen.  Der Ehrgeiz zu siegen war hoch, weshalb sich alle sehr ins Zeug legten. Zur Stärkung für die Spiele servierten wir unterschiedliche Pinsas und natürlich durfte der Wein nicht fehlen. Wir hatten grossen Spass und freuen uns bereits auf die nächste Edition unserer WineNight. #winenight #event #football

Our sales team is really busy at the moment. This week we were represented at two trade shows. Christoph D. Baumann and Niklas Peissl took part in the 65th Congress for Hospital Management in beautiful Villach in Austria, which was all about the topic Green Hospital. Claudio Schenkel represented Zippsafe together with Jessica Fafenrot at the Hospital Logistics Conference in Hanover, organized by the Management Forum Starnberg.  Whether Austria or Germany, the demand for our smart locker solution is big. There was a great deal of interest and we are delighted with the many visitors at our exhibition booth. … Unser Sales-Team ist aktuell ganz schön beschäftigt. Diese Woche waren wir gleich auf zwei Messen vertreten. Christoph Baumann und Niklas Peissl nahmen im schönen Villach in Österreich am 65. Kongress für Krankenhausmanagement mit dem Thema Green Hospital teil. Claudio Schenkel vertrat Zippsafe gemeinsam mit Jessica Fafenrot an der Fachkonferenz Krankenhauslogistik in Hannover, organisiert vom Management Forum Starnberg.  Ob Österreich oder Deutschland, die Nachfrage nach unserer smarten Garderobenlösung ist vorhanden. We look back on another successful year. Yesterday, the Board of Directors and investors of Zippsafe gathered for the Annual General Meeting. Our founding team Carlo Loderer and David Ballagi as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors Gery Colombo presented the highlights of the past year and insights into the future. Meet our Zippers! This month we present you Gergo Santha. He works as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer in the Hungarian Office in Budapest.  We are very happy to have Gergö on board since he has great wealth of experience in Software Engineering. On one hand he has a Master in Chemical engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. On the other hand Gergö has gained work experience in Software Engineering for about twenty years. He was employed by different Hungarian companies specializing in very interesting innovations (not as interesting as smart lockers though). This included projects working with biosensors, real-time location systems and smart agriculture.  What Gergö likes about working at Zippsafe is the highly innovative and state-of-the-art product we create. To be involved in product development allows him to engage with the latest technologies.  What we like about Gergö are his problem solving skills. Whenever challenging problems arise, Gergö comes up with a unique solution.  Fun fact: His excellent problem solving skills might have something to do with his passion. Gergö has been doing alpine climbing for 35 years. His favorite kind is Scottish winter climbing which is especially hard and dangerous, done in brutal weather conditions. #zipper #meetourteam #hungary

We have traveled to the USA again. Our CEO Carlo Loderer was at The American Institute of Architects (AIA) conference on architecture & design together with our US colleagues Chris Grimes and Robert Graves. Experts from the architecture and construction industry met in Washington, D.C. to network, exchange knowledge and find multidisciplinary solutions to the most pressing problems of our time. The visitors were also introduced to Zippsafe , the smartest solution to solve the lack of space in employee locker rooms. The enthusiasm for our system was enormous, so much so that we were selected as a “Spotlight Booth”. We are delighted with the recognition and the many positive feedbacks from the audience. … Wir sind wieder mal in die USA gereist. CEO Carlo Loderer war gemeinsam mit unseren amerikanischen Kollegen Chris Grimes und Robert Graves an der Konferenz über Design und Architektur des AIA (American Institute of Architects). In Washington D.C. trafen sich Expert:innen aus der Architektur- und Bauindustrie, um Kontakte zu knüpfen, Wissen auszutauschen und multidisziplinäre Lösungen für die dringendsten Probleme unserer Zeit zu finden. Unter anderem fanden die Besucher:innen dort auch Zippsafe, die smarteste Lösung für Platzmangel in Personalumkleiden. Die Begeisterung für unser System war enorm. So gross, dass wir als “Spotlight Booth” ausgewählt wurden. Wir freuen uns sehr über die Anerkennung sowie die vielen positiven Feedbacks des Publikums. #tradeshow #USA #AIA #architecture
