To strengthen our team in the Graphics & Concept department we are looking for a

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (f/m/d)

In this versatile role, you will work closely with the Brand Design and Marketing team to create and edit visually captivating designs that embody our brand and image.

These are your responsibilities:

• Working closely with the creative lead and marketing team to create compelling and inspiring creative possibilities.
• Designing graphics and layouts for editorial content in print, video, social, and digital platforms.
• Creating visual content for social media, web, and newsletters.
• Creating concepts and mood boards for graphic, editorial, and video productions.
• Building engaging internal and external presentations that maintain Akris branding and design standards.
• Using experience and passion to demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking, and innovative creative solutions, establishing a strong conceptual and creative point of view.
• Thinking holistically about creative solutions, not just the visual outcome, and having strong communicative skills to portray this thought process to the rest of the team.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training in graphic design/visual communication or related fields as well as 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in design or the luxury industry.
• You are proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, Figma) and other relevant tools - if you have 3D animation skills as well, they are an advantage.
• You clearly articulate your point of view both verbally and in written or creative methods and you respond quickly and professionally to internal feedback.
• You bring insightful opinions and a broad cultural perspective, along with a deep understanding of the design landscape, to positively influence creative outcomes.
• Proficiency in German or English, both written and spoken.
