𝘼𝙈𝙎 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰!  This summer, we once again held our bi-annual internal training and development sessions, divided into three exciting training events and team-building activities: • 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: introducing structural and regulatory changes and introducing new employees. • 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀: challenges and innovations in study designs. • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: Obstacles in projects and internal support options. In addition to the technical content, the focus was also on 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. A hike along the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 offered the opportunity to get to know colleagues better in private. Despite the changeable weather, many took advantage of this opportunity. The crowning finale was our annual 𝘼𝙈𝙎 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆. In the sunshine and in a relaxed atmosphere, everyone was able to round off the day with good food and networking. Many thanks to all participants for the informative and memorable events. 𝘼𝙈𝙎 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 🥇🏃♂️🏆 Yes, we did it again! Last week, the annual “𝗕𝗮𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰" took place in Mannheim, setting a new participant record with 5603 attendees. 𝘼𝙈𝙎 proudly joined the race with their dedicated team of 16 members from across all departments. We’re thrilled to share that every team member crossed the finish line! 😊 While we didn't break any records, the event’s uplifting atmosphere, sportsmanship, and overall experience made it a truly memorable experience for all. 🌟 Exciting Update from us at PSI Amsterdam! 🌟 We are happy to share that our biostatisticians Lena Krienke and Dr. Kathrin Bogner are currently representing our team at the PSI Conference in Amsterdam. During this event, we are excited to present one of our latest developments in statistical analysis tailored for the European context. You can catch our 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝟱 𝗣𝗠 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘇𝗮𝗮𝗹. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 - especially if we would otherwise have covered it by car. 🚗🚲➡️ By taking part, we not only want to make a contribution to climate protection, but also draw attention to the need for better cycle networks. We are particularly delighted that our colleague Mike Dieser is one of the two 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗡 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 who will be representing the city of Mannheim.
