Ø  Support in preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client Ø  Preparation of Tender document/SOW document Ø  Floating of enquiries, vendor offer review and preparation of TBA and supporting client in finalization of vendors Ø  Follow-up vendors for deliveries, conducting FAT/SAT Ø  Project execution including coordination with Site team, vendors and contractors for installation and commissioning Skills: Ø  Extensive client and stakeholder management e.g., ability to build relationships with clients, a customer-oriented mindset. Ø  Planning, implementing, monitoring and coordination of various aspects of a Project Life Cycle Ø  Excellent multitasking, problem solving and good analytical skills Independent as well as team working capabilities and a quick learner Ø  Hands-on experience with onsite-offshore coordination work.
