His deep understanding of our company's culture, as well as commercial and operational dynamics, make him the perfect fit to drive our financial strategy and growth. As our CFO, he will oversee Finance, Purchasing, Information Technology, and Mergers & Acquisitions, ensuring that we continue to innovate as a leader in the specialty glass industry. It’s very important for our Board of Management to visit our key growth regions, which is why our Board member Heinz Kaiser recently visited the team in Duryea, PA: This site is our American R&D center and the hub for our advanced optics manufacturing in the Americas. During his visit, Heinz engaged with customers and colleagues to better understand their needs and discuss new opportunities in the US. The key takeaway: It’s all about strengthening partnerships, investing in cutting-edge technology, and adapting to a dynamic market. With this, we’re now able to quickly deliver high-quality pharmaceutical #glass tubing to our customers and to improve the supply chain for critical medications. Our new logistics center complies with sustainable building standards, fulfilling the highest standards in terms of light, ventilation, and safety. These features maintain the integrity and quality of our glass tubing, which is essential to safely store and deliver #pharmaceuticals. We’re excited to bring these enhanced capabilities and improved service to our international customers.
