Position Summary:

The Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant/Manager will play a pivotal role in leading SAP manufacturing projects, providing expert advice, and managing project teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP manufacturing modules, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP manufacturing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Consulting and Advisory:

• Provide expert guidance on SAP manufacturing solutions, including SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP QM, and SAP MES.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP manufacturing modules.
• Analyze client requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver best practices in SAP manufacturing.

Team Management:

• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support career development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and recommendations to improve clients' manufacturing processes.
• Address client concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Business Development:

• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids for prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to enhance the firm's market presence.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on manufacturing modules.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale SAP projects.
• Experience working in a global consultancy or multinational environment is preferred.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAP manufacturing modules (SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP QM, SAP MES).
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
• Fluent in English and strong German is advantageous; additional languages are a plus.
