Since 1988, the ALTEN Group, a world leader in engineering and technology consultancy, has supported its clients’ business, operational and strategic needs through research and development and the latest innovations in information technologies, employing over 55,000 staff across more than 30 countries globally. ALTEN Group has set up a new entity in Spain called the ALTEN Delivery Centre, to provide engineering and information technology consultancy services for central and northern European countries, taking advantage of our highly skilled and world-renowned reputation of our Spanish engineers. Since April 2021, we have been working for some of our biggest clients in Sweden, Finland, the Benelux countries, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany and France, employing more than 250 highly-skilled engineers in the automotive, aeronautical, electronic, pharmaceutical and IT sectors. As part of our expansion, we are looking for the best engineers in the following fields: Embedded SW (C/C++, Python), Mechanical Design (Catia, PTC Creo), DevOps, Web development (Java, Angular) and Test Automation. We just closed two days of management workshop in ALTEN facilities in Madrid to review our activities for Airbus Defence and Space and how we can improve transnational collaboration to increase our added value in #Spain, #France and #Germany. ✅analyzed results of 2023 ✅analyzed current context ✅established a clear action plan for 2024 Thanks Nelson Cumare Landa for the organization, coordination and drumbeating. Thanks to my colleagues of Spain, France and Germany for the very interesting discussions and conclusions/initiatives. We are stronger together, and now it is time to materialize the plan!! 👏👏👏 ATEXIS

Team Leader - Industrial Design & Product Engineer at Bystronic (ADC Spain)
Awesome experience in the Competence Center Cutting at Bystronic Group in Switzerland. This was the second round for the team visiting the headquarters, meeting with internal teams and acquiring new competences for our daily work. With one project successfully finished and focus on our second one at Robot Automation department. So proud and excited to be part of this great business. Special thanks to Anna Campert for making it possible and to Manuel Stäger for dedicating his time and organizing it. Thanks also to the rest of the team: Anton Hess, Ronny Bossart, and other colleagues who couldn't stay. From ALTEN Delivery Centre Spain, we hope this business with Bystronic continues for a large period of time.

Amazing international exchange in the Aeronautic, Space and Defence industry! ADCSpain had the opportunity to received colleagues from all Alten Europe family: France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Finland and Spain. It has been a great opportunity to exchange business strategies, new ways of collaboration and mutual growth between the participants and ADCSpain. We shared our capabilities to support Alten Europe future needs with System, Supply Chain and Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Designers and Software Developers among other Engineering profiles in the Aeronautic, Space and Defence industry.
