Our objective is to make the photovoltaic modules in our plants shine brighter than the sun ☀ . Have you ever wondered how we do it? We use the most effective and meticulously planned cleaning methods to prevent dust and other substances from affecting the panels' performance. Although it may seem like a simple task, our experience has taught us that every little detail matters.

Many people associate Sun with heat and heat with summer. We know that the Sun is our most precious commodity, no matter what time of the year it is. Our construction teams are currently working in summer ☀ and winter 🌦. With the Iberian Peninsula and Australia as two of our key markets, each area located in a different hemisphere, it is easy to get very different pictures of the PV plants we are working on. Our experience allows us to take advantage of everything. In summer, the days are longer, there is more light and there is less chance of inclement weather forcing us to make a greater effort. Winter? We are more than prepared to keep up the pace of work under more difficult conditions - we've been doing it for more than 18 years!

👀 We are always vigilant: nothing happens in our plants without our O&M team knowing about it. The combination of highly skilled professionals and advanced remote monitoring systems guarantees excellent results. Every part of the plant must be meticulously maintained to ensure optimal performance and anticipate potential issues. Meanwhile, we prioritize protecting local wildlife and building relationships with the primary sector.

🐑 Animals like our plants and we like animals. Sheep are our best allies in the maintenance of our facilities. Their feeding habits help us to keep the vegetation 🌿 at bay, while our panels shelter them from both cold and heat. Solar grazing is just one example of the symbiosis that occurs between #renewable energies and the activities of the first sector, but also evidence of our concern for maintaining the habitat of the flora and fauna of the areas in which we operate.

Team pride fuels greatness. 💪 A few days ago we celebrated 10 years of the successful operation of the Lesedi and Letsatsi PV plants with our partners, customers and, most importantly, with all the GRS O&M team members who have made it possible since the beginning, and who received service awards. As our Country Manager in South Africa, Dylan Tudor-Jones, said at the event, “the Lesedi and Letsatsi solar power plants have generated countless megawatt-hours of clean, renewable energy and continue to meet their performance obligations. However, the success of PV plants is not measured solely by the energy we produce or the milestones we reach. It is measured by the people behind these achievements." 👷♂️ 👷♀️ Dylan praised the dedication and resilience of the Lesedi and Letsatsi teams, and highlighted the importance of their work. “You have weathered storms, both literal and figurative, and have come out stronger each time,” he stated.
