Job Description
As Architect, you join our Spanish team in Madrid in order to oversee projects from design to delivery. Working on a design and build projects for Datacenters, your main missions are:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
Research and apply building codes and regulations
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Contribute to project documentation and reports
Profile
With a Degree in Architecture, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Architect.
Your advanced experience in Revit and on BOQs ellaboration, and knowledge of urbanism and permits will allow you to succeed and grow within our company.
With proactivity and dynamism, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
