✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

As a Content Manager you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of our Digital Health Products (web portals, mobile application and devices).

• Advise, design and implement CMS architecture for the project kick-off.
• Be a key part of the Consent development squad, supporting as Content Manager to help define, design, develop and model content features.
• Support and coordinate the content management activities during elaboration, and feature development activities according to the product release plan and any study-related deadlines.
• Collaborate with Content Managers for other products to ensure efficiencies and continuity across products, for example with Unify product, study onboarding activities and translation processes/requirements.
• Be the Content Manager for some of the products, owning and implementing the end-to-end process for content management (processing, translation and publication).
• Work closely with the content director, content managers, and content editors to lead, plan, assess, resource, reuse, store, process, and manage content.
• Support the product and clinical study teams during maintenance and closeout phase with content change requests and bug fixing.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: minimum 6 years in a similar role
• (Digital) Content Management experience (cloud-based or headless CMS).
• Hands-on experience as a Content Manager.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management systems (DAM).
• Good understanding of feature development lifecycle, agile WoWs and PI planning.
• Basic knowledge of web publishing, HTML and desirable knowledge of SEO, JavaScript and CSS.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English
