A strategist will develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis, define brand elements and tone and analyse and develope the best portfolio for our market. A Brand Strategist will find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
Responsibilities
- Set specific marketing goals
- Discovering new market opportunities including products and promotions, evaluate the result and output accordingly
- Establish and develop the company's brand culture, complete the management of the brand image, and ensure the unified brand communication.
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Develop an annual marketing budget based on the brand's strategic plan and monitor the marketing process and effectiveness
- Develop digital campaigns to increase sales
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends
- Research market to identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
- Address advertising needs
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
- Establish a strong, long-term web presence
- Analyze different industry segments and competitors, create and develop the market penetrate measures, tools and promotion activities (exhibitions, POS, Internet promotion etc.)
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager with deep experience in Electric Field.
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Understanding of web design
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Team management skills
- Electrical Engineer and MKT master’s degree is desirable, or BSc degree in Marketing
- High level of English is a must.
- International experience.
- Willing to travel when needed
- Technical knowledge in Electrical products
- Based in Madrid at least 3 days per week
