Position Summary

We are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser to maximize sales and profit guaranteeing the right product assortments and pricing for online channel.

The main functions of the role are: maintain product flow activations for camper.com, analyse and optimize eCommerce sales, optimization of UX experience and propose initiatives to increase sales and optimize conversion.


This position reports to the Head of Planning & Merchandising.


Responsibilities

  • Define the camper.com activations following the GTM calendar and/or season flows.
  • Apply, review and complete the global GTM collections for the different camper.com markets.
  • Control stock situation for camper.com and apply the “Notify Me requests" if is necessary.
  • Define assortments by dropship segmentation and review in-season initiatives by dropsnip (provided by online accounts team).
  • Control Dropship product activations to ensure tne profitability for the whole channel.
  • Camper.com sell-out follow-up report by sales line, line, type of product,option and e-shop.
  • Dropship sell-out follow-up report by sales line, line, type of product, option and main accounts.
  • Follow up of all different commercial actions to evaluate their impact in the market.
  • Define tne product budget for camper.com (Europe& USA) by sales line and main categories. Influence the digital marketing actions if is necessary to achieve the budget.
  • Ensure GTM strategy in camper.com by reviewing with Ecom and GTM team newsletters, banners and grids selections according to GTM calendar and stock availability.
  • Evaluate tne camper.com sales in order to propose initiatives to increase sales and optimize conversion.
  • Optimization UX experience through tne assortments and product display in camper.com.


Required

  • Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing.
  • A high level of English is essential
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Analytical skills and sensitivity for the product.
  • High level of excel and Power BI.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
