Your role purpose
The Global Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience across all regions and locations of Recover. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to drive positive cultural change.
The position is initially for 3-6 months but with the option to be transformed into a permanent position
Your responsabilities
- Talent Acquisition: Developing a clear strategy for identifying and hiring top talent, both internally and externally
- Employer Branding: Define and execute the employer branding strategy
- Onboarding: Designing and implementing effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization
- Learning and Development: Work with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and training needs and coordinate and promote training programs and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. This role includes both the strategy definition and deployment
- Performance Management: Define and support the development and execution of the performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals. Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management and best practices
- Talent Management: design the talent strategy of the company with a key focus on identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles and implementing succession planning and career development initiatives
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Law, Psychology, or any other social University Background
- Master’s in human resources desirable
- A minimum of at least 5-7 years experience in a similar position in a Multinational company preferably
- Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies and Processes
- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments is not a pre-requisite but a major plus

- Knowledge and background in Quality Management Systems (e.g.: ISO 9001) applied to the job position’s task and responsibilities
Other requirements
- Habituated to work with other cultures and nationalities, preferably with Asian cultures.
- Hands-on person with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English & Spanish
- Project Management skills desirable
- Available to travel: Local 2 days monthly and internationally twice per quarter
- English speaker- High level both Written and Oral
- Microsoft office
