Join our world-class Global Employer Branding team as a Graphic Designer Graduate where you will help champion Aligns purpose of transforming smiles, changing lives. We are looking for someone with creativity, enthusiasm, and a global mindset who can help shape the way we communicate meaningful talent stories to internal and external audiences around the world.

In this role, you will…

• Be agile, accountable, and customer-centric - These are the values we are built on!
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Grow with the support of your team and deliver measurable results within your department
• Support designing captivating employer brand content across digital, social media, display, outdoor, and print media
• Adapt designs for multilingual assets
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• Recent graduate in Design (Graphic or similar field)
• Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• No work expeirence as a graduate after finalizing your last degree
• Available to work up to 40h a week
• Must be available to work a hybrid schedule (Tuesday - Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote) in our office
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Able to work in a team environment
• To be detailed oriented, a quick learner, and well-organized with great time management skills
• Plaese share portfolio once you submit your application (university projects or personal)
