Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on payroll to join our dynamic Employee Experience team in. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with primary emphasis on payroll processing. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple European countries.
Handle employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Support other HR functions as needed, depending on fluctuation in business needs.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
Support the implementation of HR systems and tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll in a European context.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €45,000 - €5,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
