Indirects Procurement Specialist (6 months Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Responsibilities

• Support to Indirect Procurement Manager for executing the strategy of sourcing all needs for Indirect Category Spend - Travel, Fleet, Telecoms and Facilities.
• Support to Indirect Procurement Manager on overall Source to Pay – ARIBA implementation efforts in alignment with Indirect Procurement, building process capability for ongoing maintenance of Indirects in those identified areas of opportunity
• New vendors on boarding process
• Ensure principals of Procurement Policy
• Ensure Sourcing has followed guidelines and Procurement involvement set out in Procurement Policy
• Determine needs for contract if spend is above Procurement Policy threshold.
• Ensure deviations from Net 60 terms are appropriate, acquire approval for terms other than Net 60.
• Daily SAP check for POs that need approval.
• Approves PO
• Support implementation of Indirect Procurement Strategy and procedures that are innovative, cost-effective and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within Beam Suntory across the region.
• Support implementation and future maintenance of new offices
• Car Fleet contracting and maintenance controller in EEMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in Procurement and Business change projects of minimum three years in a fast moving and energetic Business environment.
• SAP related to Procurement Process from sourcing to payment. Knowledge on controlling expenses and savings tracking will be desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; desirable a third language skill.
• Knowledge and application of procedures for Search, Evaluation, Selection and Homologation of Vendors desirable.
• Knowledge and application of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Sustainability Policies desirable.
• Availability to travel
