Internship Program - Architecture

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architecture Intern to join our team in Madrid. This position is ideal for an architecture student eager to gain practical experience in the real estate industry. The intern will assist with various architectural and technical tasks, contributing to the success of property transactions and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Floorplans and Property Redistributions:

• Assist in creating and updating floorplans for residential properties.
• Propose and design redistributions of properties slated for renovation.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure floorplans meet client needs and market standards.

1. Technical Evaluations and Consultations:

• Conduct technical assessments of properties to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations.

1. Support for Projects:

• Ensure that plans comply with local regulations and building codes.
• Monitor the progress of projects and provide updates to the team.

1. Client Interaction and Support:

• Participate in client meetings and site visits to provide architectural expertise and support.
• Address client inquiries related to architectural aspects of properties and renovation projects.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• University agreement for full time internship - 4 - 6 MONTHS
• Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program or recent graduate.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
