IT Support Engineer (Seville-based)

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Engineer in its hub in Seville.

What you will do:

• As an IT Support Engineer you are responsible for relevant Windows operating systems, roles and features (server/client).
• You will be also controlling the firewalling and networking (switching and routing).
• You provide remote assistance as a Desktop Server.
• You will work with Office & and Microsoft 365.

What we expect:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in an IT field or you have acquired equivalent knowledge through several years of experience in the sector.
• You have a broad knowledge of and extensive experience with ICT environments, Windows Server, Exchange, LAN/WAN, firewall, virtual servers, monitoring, MS Office 365...
• You are able to work independently and excel through precision and efficiency.
• You are a flexible multitasker and love to strive for the very best together with your team members every day.
• Deseable knowledge of Microsoft Exchange on-premise, VoIP, and Linux.
• You carry out accurate reporting on your ongoing projects on a regular basis.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
