NTT DATA EMEAL & Latam, is looking for a Junior Support Engineer Microsoft 365. The position takes place in the context of the expansion of the products practice in the region.


The Products Division, called ‘ABB (Asset Based Business) Syntphony EMEAL’ is the Business Line responsible for all the company assets governance and commercialization. You can have a look to complete Products Porfolio at www.syntphony.com


The portfolio of Products comprises vertical solutions for different sectors like Banking, Insurance; Health, Retail or Automotive as well as cross-industry platforms in the fields of strategic planning, global awareness, data management, virtual assistants, collaboration, workspace optimization or extended reality among others.


What are you going to do?

  • You will become a Product Expert. Being able to analyze and diagnose the causes of technical problems reported to us by our customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure that issues are logged, tracked, resolved and that follow-ups are performed in a timely manner.
  • Give amazing costumer support by knowing them well, understanding their problems and asisting our customers and integrated teams to provide the most optimal product solution and ensure technological best practices of the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the features and functionality of the Product.
  • Create technical documentation, troubleshooting and articles in the Product knowledge base.


What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a support engineer
  • Knowledge and experience with Office 365 and Azure solutions.
  • Capability of analysis and diagnosis capacity.
  • Definition of solutions at a functional and technical level
  • Customer oriented.
  • Motivation to training and share knowledge.
  • Advanced-medium English.
