✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Study Content Manager, you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of our Digital Health Products (web portals, mobile application and sevices). Be part of a Content Management Team, managing product and study content throughout the various stages of development and implementation of the digital health products.

Responsabilities:

• Lead Content Management activities for an assigned stet of clinical studies that will be using Evinova solutions including content design, content creation, translations, management and publication in the CMS, with the support of the Content Publishers.
• Ensure an efficient and high quality study onboarding experience
• Work closely with the content director, content managers, and content editors to lead, plan, assess, resource, reuse, store, process, and manage content.
• Collaborate with the Product Content Managers to ensure that all developed features are ready to be used in study onboarding.
• Support and actively contribute with improvement initiatives and active feedback within the digital health solutions.
• Enjoy working at fast pace and in an ‘agile framework.’
• Be confident and able to ‘speak up’ during wider cross-functional meetings.
• Have fun, be a team player and excel at GIF wars.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor's degree in communication, media, science, or related field
• Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English
• Experience with digital content management (cloud-based or headless CMS)
• Experience with Jira, Miro, Figma, and headless CMS
• Hands-on content management experience
• Proficiency with CMS and DAM systems
• Understanding of content production in pharma or regulated industries
• Basic web publishing, HTML, and desirable SEO, JavaScript, and CSS skills
• Collaborative skills with internal and external partners
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, proofreading, editing skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Passion for cross-functional global teamwork and customer focus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
