✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and linguistic accuracy of translated content across all our projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes for translation projects, including CAPA process, linguistic review, translation review in-situ, terminology management, and style guide adherence.
• Develop and manage terminology databases, glossaries, and other reference materials to support translation and localisation efforts, as well as product development initiatives. Liaise with subject matter experts, our vendors, and other stakeholders to standardise and optimise terminology usage, ensuring clarity and consistency in our communications and products.
• Lead the adaptation and localisation of our current style guide into all the languages/countries we provide in our service and products.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, languages, or a related field.
• Proven experience in translation quality assurance, linguistic review, and language technology.
• Strong knowledge of terminology management tools and systems, as well as experience in developing and maintaining terminological databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and create clarity.
• Effective problem/conflict-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and to manage deadlines.
• Good to have understanding of clinical trial delivery or pharmaceutical landscape.
