Let’s shine a light on our Software Graphics team today! 🖥️ In charge of developing the graphical user interfaces of our software products (synthesizers, audio effects, etc.), this team of five #engineers collaborates daily with our #productdesigners to bring their vision to life and implement elegant, simple, and intuitive interfaces. The Software Graphics team was created almost two years ago. At the time, our Software team was growing significantly, and we thought its #organization needed to be adjusted to maintain the small, cohesive vibe that had been its success for many years. Manager Pierre-Lin brought together team members, and their collaborative efforts led to the creation of three sub-teams of 4-8 people, including the Software Graphics team. Raynald, Corentin, and Patrick joined the crew, having already been developing and maintaining various GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces) for several years. Pauline, who had recently joined Arturia with a strong background in #GUI development and a motivation to move towards a management position, became the team lead. Last week, the team welcomed Florent, another member with significant experience in GUI development, notably for video games. Shout out to this team for contributing to making our products user-friendly and beautiful! #greatcolleagues #dreamteam #graphicalinterfaces

💬 Meet Julien Viannenc, the Associate Product Manager who supported PolyBrute 12’s development. Dive into the story of turning a bold vision into reality. In 2017, we set out to create an analog polyphonic synthesizer allowing full expressivity, an ambitious goal that involved designing an innovative keybed to match our vision of the product. Determined to achieve this objective, we decided to develop the keybed internally and relied on our expert #engineering team to investigate technological solutions. Julien reflects on the journey: “Designing a keybed is complex. Factors like spring stiffness, key weight, and aftertouch precision are crucial and must endure years of use. We meticulously refined materials and processes to achieve this.” Six years and countless testing hours later, PolyBrute 12 emerged, featuring a patented #FullTouch keybed allowing musicians to subtly but fully express their emotions. On the experience of playing PolyBrute 12 as a musician, Julien shares: “Honestly, it is hard for me to come back to a regular keybed! And I am not saying this because I worked on it; you can do so many crazy things with it.” “I’m thrilled by the feedback we’re getting. It’s motivating and pushes us to take it to the next level. There is always space for #improvement, and we are never tired of trying to fill that space.” This feedback is an incredible achievement for Julien, marking a significant milestone in his new role as Associate Product Manager on his debut project. We're thrilled to support him as he continues to excel! 🎉 Join Our Team → https://bit.ly/3VNwjUE
