💠 Our teams in India recently had the pleasure of welcoming the head of the Solutions Business Unit, François Traxel ! François had the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with our talents in India, and to visit our local partners. Over three intensive days, he travelled to Delhi to meet our rail partner, then to Pune to exchange ideas with the Simulation teams and meet the aviation teams at our partner Dassault, and finally to Bangalore, at the Indian defense research center dedicated to simulation.a These exchanges enabled us to share best practices, align our strategic visions and define common objectives for the future. They reinforce our commitment to innovation and excellence in all our projects, while consolidating our leading position in the global market 🌍 Many thanks to François Traxel for his inspiring visit, and to our Indian teams for their warm welcome and exceptional commitment we look forward to continue building bridges between our teams around the world 🔗

Sogeclair celebrated #WorldBicycleDay !   To mark the occasion, we launched an inter-site challenge for all Sogeclair employees: cycle to work!   The objective was to accumulate the most kilometers cycled on the commute to and from work in a single day. The Sogeclair site with the highest total would win the challenge.   🏆 This year, our Toulouse site took the crown, with employees collectively cycling an impressive 228 kilometers.   🚴🏻♀️ World Bicycle Day is an annual global celebration supported by the United Nations. The day aims to promote physical activity within the workplace and encourage the use of bicycles as a means of transportation.   🚴♂️ It inspires people to choose cycling as an eco-friendly option for daily commutes.   Let's keep the momentum going! 🚄 Sogeclair in Australia has successfully upgraded the Vision System for the Adelaide Emu Train Simulator, significantly enhancing the quality of training for drivers. Reece Blaschek from Keolis Downer emphasized the importance of simulation 💬 "Simulators are sometimes misinterpreted as toys, however they play an extremely important role in training new and current drivers. We use the simulator to train drivers in de-graded working like, passing signals at STOP, rescuing disabled trains, collisions with objects, wheel slides, ETCS operation and emergency procedures. With these new screens, we can deliver better quality training which will deliver a safer more efficient network for Keolis Downer and Department for Infrastructure and Transport train drivers on the Adelaide Metro Network” 🔹 We are proud to collaborate with Department for Infrastructure and Transport and Keolis Downer on this initiative.
