Président Directeur Général d'Airbus Canada Société en commandite

Today is Canada Day, and the occasion to celebrate 40 years of Airbus presence in Canada! This long history of fruitful collaboration began in 1984 with the first helicopter manufacturing center in Fort Erie and culminated in the production of the A220 family of aircraft in Mirabel with expertise that spans commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence and space. With a few thousands of employees, an entire commercial aircraft programme and hundreds of local partners generated by our activities, Canada has the largest Airbus presence outside the European founding countries. I'm particularly proud of Airbus' relationship with Canada, and I'd like to thank all our teams across our various sites for sharing their expertise with us. We wish for continued success and growth for the next 40 years. Happy Canada Day to all! #Airbus #Canada
