Junior ESG Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

As an Investment Analyst with 0-2 years of experience, you will utilize your expertise in M&A, Project Finance and/or modelling of infrastructure assets to assist Fund Managers in deal sourcing, structuring and execution. You will be involved in the monitoring of market data, review of complex financial models, participate in due diligence processes, prepare transaction documentation, as well as lead, design and produce presentations, investment memorandums and other analysis for internal (investment and reporting committees) and external audiences (investors).

You will also support the Head of Asset Management & ESG with portfolio management, waiver requests and growing ESG / Sustainability & Impact transversal activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong academic credentials (master in finance, economics, engineering, law or a related discipline) and corporate finance fundamentals (including cashflow analysis)

Professional with 0-2 years of experience within Infrastructure Debt or Equity, Project Finance, M&A or a directly related industry (Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure)

Strong interest in ESG / Sustainability & Impact activities

Fluency in French and English
