👐🌍 African Proverb Wisdom 🌍👐 “Abɔfra hunu ne nsa hohoro a ɔne mpanyinfoɔ didi” - Akan Proverb “When a child learns how to wash his hands, he eats with adults.” This beautiful proverb reminds us that good hygiene and cleanliness are the first steps to achieving great things. Whether you’re young or old, washing your hands is a simple yet essential habit that opens doors to better health and opportunities. At United Way Ghana, we’ve committed to working with partners such as Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, Vivo Energy Ghana, TotalEnergies Ghana, Standard Chartered Ghana to promote the culture of hand hygiene, proper menstrual health, and environmental sanitation in target communities, especially with our children.
