Issue when deploying Lixun container while Docker for Windows set to "Windows Container" mode.

It simply won't run due to the incompatibility. What is not good for end users is that the error log just shows that the container image is not found. Most will believe that and tries to recreate and will waist time. The log should indicate that it is incompatibility that is causing the issue. This feedback should go to the IoT Edge team.

Are you getting the Linux containers when you were expecting Windows, or is the error reporting not adequate? (or both?)
