I think we should change the following to prevent things from showing up under the 'New in 1.xx' label when they shouldn't be there, and to prevent things from showing up there twice.

  • Remove the New in 1.xx label from the cesium-sandcastle-labels meta tag when you use 'Save as' to save the demo
  • Don't add the New in 1.xx label to things in gallery/development

  • Hide the label if the list is empty
