Describe the current behavior

On the admin/comments/list page, muted comments are shown. But there is no visual indicator that these comments are muted.

On following screenshot, the bittube.video is muted on my instance.

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to /admin/comments/list
  2. mute an instance or comment

Describe the expected behavior

There should be an indicator that says that account or instance are muted.

Moreover, it would be nice to have filters:

  • muted comments
  • non-muted comments
