Describe the problem to be solved

The new registration request is very helpful against spammers (thank you so much for that!).

On the registration request lists (/admin/moderation/registrations/list), it would be helpful to have filters to filter on the state.

Describe the solution you would like

As on other views, add filters on the state (waiting/accepted/rejected).

You don't need to prefix your issue titles, issue template and labels are there for that purpose :)

Oh right. I never noticed that tags are added afterward (the tag list is empty during the redaction).
